NOTES:

- Terrestrial Radio - AM and FM. AM radio has existed since 1906. The first commercial AM station in the world was Montreal's XWA (later CFCF) in 1920.

- Satellite Radio - is sent out via the 2320 through 2345.0 MHz. In North America, we have two choices of satellite radio which are XM or Sirius. As of July 2008, the XM and Sirius merger continues forward. With satellite radio, you pay one fee for access to all channels. No mix'n'match.

- Sirius Sportster 5 = $179 US.

- Sirius Stiletto 2 = $329 US.

- XM and Sirius Satellite Radios

- The UK and Europe get digital radio via Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB). See HDRadio.com for more details.
