- TrendMicro HijackThis = is used to remove a flavor of spyware that infects your web browser. Originally created by a Dutch guy called Merijn.
- Malware = malicious software like viruses and spyware.
- Windows Registry = is the hidden electronic filing cabinet where Windows keeps all it's settings.
- Programming "hooks" are a way to interface one program to another program.
