Reido's Maple Nut Orbs
1 & 1/3 cups of nut butter
(peanut, almond, cashew, tahini, etc)
1/3 cup of maple syrup
Blend these in food processor and add:
1 cup of oat bran
1/2 cup of wheat germ
1 cup of sesame seeds
and mix well!
Form into balls (any size you want, I do approximately a little bigger than a golf ball) and roll in hands with dried shredded coconut.
Freeze and eat when you want a good healthy snack!
